To become an ally

1. Organizations:

Become a member of the Responsible Fishing Alliance. Membership in our organization is free of charge and is not subject to any financial contribution from your organization later. Through your membership, you simply agree to share the values of the Responsible Fishing Alliance expressed in its Charter and its working lines outlined in its Convention.

You also can, if you wish, engage more deeply into the Responsible Fishing Alliance by becoming an actor of our organization`s projects in the field. You may also propose new projects that will benefit your organization.

2 - As an individual:

You are a specialist in a particular area related to the 'fish supply chain' and you want to share your expertise with the Responsible Fishing Alliance? Join the Honorary Committee of our organization (see Convention of the Responsible Fishing Alliance, Title 3, Article 1, § VI).

Small-scale and coastal fisheries (artisanal fisheries) represent the essence of the French fleet. For several years already, it is estimated that ships of less than 12 m represent about 80% of the vessels.
