Processors

Processors provide the value to raw fish products. Fish processing can be more or less sophisticated. In its simplest form, the fresh or frozen fish may be converted into raw, dressed, fillet, or chopped products in order to be distributed by retailers or food service companies. A first conversion may also be a prerequisite for further processing steps, for the production of more value-added products.
